“I don’t want to inconvenience anyone.”

“If they want to go to that restaurant, I’m fine with that.” When do you allow yourself to be inconvenient? Do you let yourself be ‘Right sized’?

Being a healthy person in relationship with others means being both convenient and inconvenient. We are all easy to love and challenging to love. I notice that many people work really hard to make sure no one has to go out of the way for them. These are the same people who are the “go to” people for others.

Serving others is a wonderful characteristic, but if you don’t share your opinion, allow others to serve you or shrink into the background to stay out of everyone’s way, no one really knows you. You are a gift to this world. Take a risk and let the people around you know more of who you are!
